dedicated and safe hands. Our staff are fully

trained professionals, who hold child care

qualification, (N.N.E.B, NVQ 3 or NVQ 2)

All staff hold up to date First Aid certificates

Health and CRB (criminal records bureau) checks.

Staff have to complete at least 2 child related

courses a year to keep their training up to date.

All staffing ratios are being met with

•  2-3 year olds having a 1-4 ratio
•  3-5 year olds having  a 1-8 ratio

Our specialist teachers who are qualified in

Music and French are not included in our staffing

ratios and hold up to date CRB checks.

All references are received before members of

staff are employed. We also run a compulsory

induction programme whereby new staff work

towards meeting the individual needs of the child.
